How It Works


Organizing Services

Once you contact me, we will schedule a phone interview or virtual consultation where I will gain more insight about your project, budget and time allocation, and your ultimate goals for the spaces we are trying to tackle. 

If necessary, I can also do an in-home or business site consultation, to gain a better understanding of the space and your vision. 

Once all of the details are worked out, we will schedule our first organizing session.  I generally work in 3 to 4 hour sessions. However, bigger projects such as garages and moves can be scheduled in 6-8 hour sessions.

During each session, we will briefly discuss the overall goals, the direction we plan to take and what our specific goals are for that session.  We will then work side by side to sort, purge and organize. 

About 10 minutes before the end of our time together, we will discuss what the goals are going forward and, if mutually agreed, will schedule the next session.

While many projects can be completed in 3 to 4 hours, there are some (i.e. large garages, kitchens/pantries, etc.) that will take multiple sessions.  If this is the case, we can discuss homework that can be completed between sessions that will help to keep your cost and time allocations for your project in the parameters you desire.

Productivity / Consulting Services

Once you contact me, I will set up a brief phone interview or virtual consultation.  During our discussion, we'll talk about the basics of your life or business, your current concerns and what you are hoping to accomplish.

Once complete, we will schedule our initial consulting session.  This is a 2-4 hour in-person on-site consultation where we will dive into your main areas of concern, what might be holding you back from achieving your goals and what your ultimate vision is (current state and future state). 

Once complete, I will prepare for you a detailed ‘action plan’.  We will then schedule a follow-up meeting where I will present the plan to you and, if applicable, your team. 

From there, my involvement is as much or as little as you would like it to be.  We can have weekly or monthly meetings to ensure you stay on track and are able to tweak things as needed.  We can also just have a ‘call as you need me’ agreement. 

I am here to help you in whatever way you need it, so each ‘action plan’ is tailored to fit your specific needs, time allocation and budgetary requirements.
